1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- It is returned with original tags and packaging
- It is not a final-sale item (e.g., clearance)
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping instructions.

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless due to our error
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Attach clear photos
- We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the existing item.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed due to automated fulfillment.
